The concert by the Pell Brothers, Bluegrass and Truth and Dave Reed drew well over 200 listeners, and lights streaming from the quiet old building could be seem from half a mile away \u2014 hearkening to the grange’s decades as a social and legislative powerhouse in southern Lancaster County.<\/p>\n
Fulton Grange 66 is the last grange with its own hall in the county, but has fallen on hard financial times due to soaring costs and dwindling membership.<\/p>\n
