The Grange partners with a number of other organizations to increase our base and make our voice even louder on the Hill. We never compromise our vision or that of our Grangers and communities, and pledge to remain open about our dealings and coalitions with other groups. Agricultural Advisory Committee (AAC) | Website

The Agricultural Advisory Committee was created in 1985 to advise the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on issues involving the trading of agricultural commodity futures and options and facilitate communications between the CFTC, the agricultural community, and agriculture-related organizations.

Agriculture Workforce Coalition (AWC) | Website

The Agriculture Workforce Coalition brings together organizations representing the diverse needs of agricultural employers across the country.  AWC serves as the unified voice of agriculture in the effort to ensure that America’s farmers, ranchers and growers have access to a stable and secure workforce now and in the future.

Alliance to Feed the Future

The Alliance to Feed the Future works to raise awareness and improve understanding of the benefits and necessity of modern food production and technology in order to meet global demand.

Alliance for Integrity and Reform of 340B | Website

The Alliance for Integrity and Reform of 340B represents the thousands of safety net providers and programs participating in the Public Health Service’s Section 340B drug discount program.  The Coalition was created to assist providers with accessing and complying with the program while working with the Federal Government to improve implementation of the program.

Council for Affordable Health Coverage | Website

The Council is a broad-based advocacy alliance with a singular focus: bringing down the cost of health care for all Americans.

Connect Americans Now

CAN has over 100 member organization advocates working with the Federal Communications Commission and other policy makers to allocate enough unlicensed, low-band spectrum in every market for broadband connectivity, particularly in under-served rural communities.

The Family Business Coalition is a diverse collection of organizations and industry groups united for the common purpose of protecting America’s family businesses across the country.

Fight Fraud First! (FFF)

Fight Fraud First! is a collaborative effort on behalf of seniors, persons with disabilities, military veterans, and family members to advocate for the elimination of waste, fraud and abuse in Medicare and Medicaid.

Modern Medical | Website

The Modern Medicaid Alliance is a partnership between Americans who value Medicaid and leading advocacy organizations. Our mission is to educate policymakers and the public about the benefits of Medicaid to the American people in terms of cost savings, health outcomes and social impact, and to highlight how Medicaid is innovating in the delivery of care – especially for America’s most vulnerable citizens – and accountability of the program.

National Health Council  |  Website

The National Health Council (NHC) brings diverse organizations together to forge consensus and drive patient-centered health policy. They promotes increased access to affordable, high-value, sustainable, equitable health care. Made up of more than 160 national health- related organizations and businesses, the NHC’s core membership includes the nation’s leading patient organizations. Other members include health-related associations and nonprofit organizations including the provider, research, and family caregiver communities; and businesses representing biopharmaceutical, device, diagnostic, generic drug, and payer organizations.

National Rural Education Association (NREA) | Website

The National Rural Education Association advocates for rural schools and rural communities. With administrators, teachers, board of education members, business and industry representatives and other individuals or organizations that support their mission on the regional, state and national levels, the NREA works to improve the quality of rural education across the country.

National Rural Health Association | Website

NRHA understands the obstacles faced by health care providers and patients in rural areas are vastly different than those in urban areas.  NRHA works within the economic, cultural, social and educational differences that impede rural Americans in their struggles to lead normal, healthy lives.

Organizations Concerned about Rural Education (OCRE) 

Organizations Concerned about Rural Education is a coalition of two dozen education, farm, rural, technology and utility organizations that has been active since 1988. What brings us together is our common concern for the economic future of rural America, particularly, the education of rural children.

Rebuild Rural | Website

The Rebuild Rural Coalition is comprised of more than 200 organizations focused on rural communities, agriculture producers, rural businesses, and rural families.  The Coalition is dedicated to advocating for investment in rural America’s infrastructure.

Rural Minds, LLC | Website

Rural Minds is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with the mission to serve as the informed voice for mental health in rural America, and to provide mental health information and resources. Rural Minds collaborates with other organizations on initiatives to help end the silence, stigma and suffering that surround mental illness.
