Grange urges inclusion of TV White Space in Broadband e-Connectivity Pilot

On September 10, 2018, the National Grange wrote a letter to the Honorable Sonny Perdue, U.S. Department of Agriculture, commenting on the USDA’s e-Connectivity Pilot Program and the most efficient use of these funds to bring broadband to underserved communities.
