National Grange Tells Congress to Keep Unserved Definition for Broadband
Just-released infrastructure package text reveals a change in the definition of unserved broadband that will dilute funds and priorities going to rural areas for broadband deployment. Rights-of-way and pole access barriers also need to be addressed. The National Grange is asking Congress to get it right.
