Gospel bluegrass musicians play to save the Fulton Grange

Fans of old-fashioned foot-tapping gospel bluegrass music packed Fulton Grange 66 in Fulton Township on Saturday night for a benefit concert which raised more than $1,700 for the grange.
“It’s a very successful turnout for the southern end,” said Carole Huber, grange master.
The concert by the Pell Brothers, Bluegrass and Truth and Dave Reed drew well over 200 listeners, and lights streaming from the quiet old building could be seem from half a mile away — hearkening to the grange’s decades as a social and legislative powerhouse in southern Lancaster County.
Fulton Grange 66 is the last grange with its own hall in the county, but has fallen on hard financial times due to soaring costs and dwindling membership.
“This grange hall is a good thing for the community,” pastor/musician Windell Pell told the audience,
