Op-Ed: Broadband critical for rural prosperity

National Grange President Betsy Huber addresses the need for expansion of rural broadband in her op-ed published in the Des Moines Register on Wednesday, Oct. 2, saying, “The National Grange supports a mixed technology model to eliminate the rural broadband gap.
