Wolcott Grange has a foal

WOLCOTT — The Wolcott Grange, which was recognized in June for being the fastest-growing chapter in the state, is starting a Junior Grange.
It will be the third Grange in Connecticut to have a junior component. The Wolcott Junior Grange is for children between the ages of 5 and 14. When a child turns 15, he or she is eligible to become a member of the main Grange.
